Sustainable food

In class, Roland did a presentation about sustainable fish sold at Delhaize and he explained how much energy is wasted before we can eat a simple shrimp. 

In this presentation on ted.com, chef Arthur Potts-Dawson shares his very personal vision for drastically reducing restaurant and supermarket waste.  He explains how much is often wasted when simply cooking a potatoe.


A presentation which is certainly worth having a look at!
